Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Schedules

We process dispatches Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are handed over to express courier hubs on the exact same business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business morning.

2. Complimentary Shipping Rates

OrionKart provides complimentary express shipping across India on all shopping cart bags totaling ₹999 or more. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 is added automatically at checkout.

3. Transit tracking

As soon as courier executives pick up your box from our Mumbai warehouse, you will receive a public tracking reference and dispatch carrier details via email. Track your shipment progress live from our portal.
