1. 7-Day Complimentary Swap Window

OrionKart curates luxury designs and guarantees satisfaction. If your tailored shirt fit is incorrect, or a decor ceramic is not as expected, you are fully eligible to file a return/exchange request within 7 calendar days from package delivery.

2. Swap Eligibility Rules

To be eligible for returns or size exchanges, catalog items must remain in their original unworn state, including brand price tags, custom boxes, protective wrappers, and accessories. Damaged or modified products are not eligible.

3. Refund payouts

Upon reverse doorstep pick up and verification of items in our warehouse, we process refunds immediately. Razorpay transactions are credited back to original bank accounts. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are paid via direct bank transfer or UPI coordinates.
